THE CHALLENGE

TruGrit needed help in delivering larger-scale projects consistently. As more clients reached out with greater demands, the agency knew it needed to expand and bring in new expertise to better deliver for its clients.

The agency needed someone to take on a larger role and provide creative direction alongside high-quality content. This area of expertise was lacking and they needed a strategic partner to set them up for success in new creative fields. They needed someone to who shared their values and could work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, who also understood the value their clients bring to the world and impact they have on on local communities.

THE SOLUTION

Together, we have helped construction clients build micro-learning courses, communicated growth in brand identity, and served clients across Western Canada. I’ve led long-term (6+ months) projects and worked directly with clients to ensure their media and digital presence matches their values, identity and impact. In addition to delivering client work, I’ve also added new services to the agency including video production, creative direction and account management.

“Working together to
build a better community”

Client: Edgett Excavating

Edgett Excavating added a brand new vehicle to their fleet and wanted to show off it’s capabilities to it’s clients and local communities.

We travelled to Vancuver island to caputre the truck in action on the road and at various job sites. This 7th truck allows the company to offer same-day services. In this industry, speed means everything. We produced a case-study video on the truck and it’s new value to the company and it’s clients.

“Family Owned and Operated”

Client: RAM Construction

RAM has a specialized building practice known as “tilt up.” This innovative process allows them to build faster and more cheaply and meet the demand of a growing province.

We produced a case study video that breaks down why the company believes in this building method and how its unique style benefits local communities. We visited various sites across the province and interviewed employees and company leaders to gain an in-depth understanding of the process, while capturing crews on the ground constructing these buildings.
