CHALLENGE

Bert’s Electric is a people-first company that values trust and growth opportunities for its employees. The company wanted to take more ownership and control over its outreach efforts and needed a way to reach prospective employees online. They needed content that promoted their people and promoted their values, and put less focus on the projects.

SOLUTION

I visited multiple sites across the province, capturing hardworking crews on site and ensuring their smiling faces were seen by the world. We captured multiple styles of photos, including group photos, portraits, and work photos. Combining multiple image styles helped enhance the message we were promoting in different ways.

The high-quality images also reflected the high-quality work done by the crews, further enhancing the company’s digital brand image.
